The tools themselves are free, so there is normally nothing to refund. If you made a voluntary contribution and changed your mind, you can have it back in full within 30 days of the payment. We do not ask for a reason.
Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or write to us at support@oneclickconvert.app and we will arrange it for you.
A monthly contribution can be stopped at any time and will not renew. The most recent payment is refundable within the same 30 days; earlier months are not.
Once approved, the money is returned to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within five to ten working days. Paddle also handles any billing question, chargeback or invoice correction — see Paddle's own refund policy.
