Every tool is free and nothing on this site can be bought, so in the normal case there is nothing to refund. Voluntary contributions are no longer accepted. If you made one while they were open and want it back, you can have it in full within 30 days of the payment, and we do not ask for a reason.
Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or write to us at support@oneclickconvert.app and we will arrange it for you.
Monthly contributions are closed and none will renew. If one is still active on your account, write to us and we will stop it; the most recent payment is refundable within the same 30 days, earlier months are not.
Once approved, the money is returned to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within five to ten working days. Paddle also handles any billing question, chargeback or invoice correction — see Paddle's own refund policy.
