OneClick Convert is operated by VibeSolutions ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Questions go to support@oneclickconvert.app.
OneClick Convert is a set of file tools provided as-is. Every tool is free to use, there are no accounts, and no service level is promised. The site is paid for by advertising.
For a short time in September 2026 the site accepted voluntary contributions. They closed on 13 September 2026. Nothing on this site is for sale: every tool works identically for everyone, and no feature, priority or guarantee has ever been sold.
Contributions made while they were open were processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those payments, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. One made while they were open is refundable within 30 days — see our refund policy.
We claim no ownership of anything you convert. Files processed in your browser are not sent to us. The four features that do send data to a server — transcription, converting from a link, the optional download link, and the spreadsheet tool's optional column detection — are described in the privacy policy, and each says so before you use it; what they send is used only to carry out the job you asked for.
The site itself — its software, artwork, wording and name — belongs to VibeSolutions. You may use it as offered; you may not copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it, or pass it off as your own.
Do not use the site to process material you have no right to, to break any law, to send spam or commit fraud, or to attack the service — for example by probing it, scraping it, or automating it at a volume intended to deny it to others. Rate limits apply to the few server-backed features and may block excessive use.
We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where there is a security or fraud risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why.
File conversion is imperfect. A converted file may lose formatting, quality or detail, and a compression target may not be reachable for every document. Keep your originals. The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
Tools may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. Server-backed features depend on third parties and may be unavailable.
