iPhones save photos as HEIC, and most upload forms, printers and email systems want a PDF. This page turns one HEIC or a whole set into a single PDF, one photo per page, on your own device.
Pick A4 or Letter for a document scan look, or “fit” to make each page exactly the size of its photo. Reorder the photos before you export, and the PDF follows that order.
Nothing is uploaded, which makes it safe for a photographed passport, a signed contract or medical papers.

Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The whole job runs inside your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere, which is why the tool also works with the internet switched off once the page has loaded.
Can I combine several HEIC photos into one PDF?
Yes. Add them all; each becomes a page in the order you set.
Will the PDF be huge?
The photos are re-encoded as JPEG inside the PDF at a quality you can set, so a ten-page PDF from phone photos usually lands well under 10 MB.
Do I lose quality?
The default keeps the photo close to original quality. Lower the quality slider only if a form has a size limit.
