A photo from an iPhone is usually a HEIC file, and a Windows PC, an older Android phone or a government upload form often cannot open it. This page turns it into a plain JPG that opens anywhere, on your own device.
Add one photo or a whole batch. Each comes back as a JPG at the quality you choose; you can also cap the pixel size or set a file-size limit for a form that asks for “under 200 KB”.

Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The whole job runs inside your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere, which is why the tool also works with the internet switched off once the page has loaded.
Why does my iPhone save HEIC instead of JPG?
HEIC is half the size of JPG at the same quality, so iOS uses it by default. You can switch the camera to “Most compatible” in Settings, but that does not help with photos already taken; this page does.
Will I lose quality?
At the default quality the difference is invisible. JPG files are larger than HEIC, which is expected.
Can I do it on the iPhone itself?
Yes. Open this page in Safari, pick photos from your gallery, convert, and save the JPGs back to Photos or Files.
