Are my files uploaded to a server?

What size does the Green Card (DV) lottery photo need to be?
A square JPEG, at least 600×600 pixels, at most 240 KB, in colour, on a white or off-white background, with the head between 50% and 69% of the image height. Pick “USA” and the tool produces exactly that.
Will this photo definitely be accepted?
